Substantial discounts of up to 40% are possible on a case by case basis where only one or a few rooms are needed, especially for longer stays. This offer applies primarily in the low- and off-seasons.
Normal check in and checkout times are similar to hotels with check out at 12 noon and check in from 2pm.
Earlier check in and later checkout are possible but not guaranteed and need to be discussed with the owner and would depend on whether or not there are bookings on the day of departure/arrival as the owners try to keep a day in between bookings but this is not always possible.
