We try to keep our Live Chat assistance available 7-days a week between 8.00am and 11.00pm Thai time, though in reality, we can't always be online and available. If you request a Live Chat and we're away from the keyboard, we get a notification on our phones (if we're connected). If we don't respond to you within 3-5 minutes, try again later or use the Reservations Enquiry page or the Contact page.
Primarily, we offer Live Chat to guests who are looking to book/rent our villa, or to guests that have pre-arrival questions about their upcoming stay. The Live Chat service is not for guests already at the villa as we have villa staff to help you at the villa.
Yes, we can answer your Availability Enquiries in Live Chat by checking the dates on our Planner, but we cannot tell you the total price of your stay, or even if your group would be accepted into our villa, until you have submitted a Reservations Enquiry. Having received a Reservation Enquiry from you, we can give you a clear and accurate response by email, or by Live Chat if you're still in an open chat with us.
We deal with ALL enquiries by email, and for good reason. Emails allow us to back-track through any previous conversations that we've had, and each email from you serves as a task for us to follow up and action. Between 8.00am and 11.00pm Thai time, we usually reply to emails within an hour.
